Bradford City F.C. Community Foundation and Bradford Councils Sport and Leisure

The Bradford City F.C. Community Foundation is managed by Ian Ormondroyd. Ian is a former Bradford City player, who began his professional career at Valley Parade. Ian employs a pool of experienced, fully qualified full and part time football association coaches to staff the various activities.

The Partnership provides the following activities for boys and girls of all abilities, which take place at a variety of venues around the Bradford District.
- Coaching sessions for interested schools during term
- The sessions meet national curriculum requirements
- A free six week school-based coaching and penalty shoot-out scheme
- Ten week bactive football coaching courses at Bradford Council’s Indoor Sports Centres
- 2,3 and 4-day school holiday coaching camps during half terms, Easter and Spring break
- 4 Day Summer Camps
- One-day goalkeeping courses
- Schools’ competitions
- Cohesion through football project
- Disability Club every Sunday Nabwood Sports Centre 9.45-10.45am
The Partnership also offers coach education courses through the West Riding County FA
- 1st4sport level l, ll & lll Certificate in Coaching (FA)
- FA basic treatment of injury
- FA child protection/St. John Ambulance Emergency Aid
- F.A. SAQ Qualification
- F.A. Disability Qualification
